On November 6, 2019, Chen Jian, former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, Zhao Zhongyi, Minister Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in South Africa, and Xia Xiaoling, deputy director general of the Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Commerce visited the BORDAR national international marketing Service public platform in South Africa.
